J.D. Power and Associates recently announced the results of its 2003 New Home Builder Customer Satisfaction StudySM*. We're proud Monte Hewett received outstanding reviews. Nine different categories of the building process were evaluated, and Monte Hewett scored #1 in 3 categories and is ranked in the "Top 3 in Customer Satisfaction with New Home Builders in Atlanta."*

#1 In Quality of Home Design
In the category of “Physical Design Elements”, we rated higher than any other area builder! This was an assessment of the home’s floorplan, energy efficiency, overall square footage, kitchen design, etc.

What’s more, in the J.D. Power and Associates 2003 New Home Builder Customer Satisfaction StudySM , Monte Hewett received a Number One rating in the category of “Builder’s Sales Staff.” This portion of the study compared our sales professionals with teams from other Atlanta builders. This category measured factors such as courtesy and patience, honesty and integrity and follow-through of promises.
