The Hendersons

We used to live in Chateau Elan.  My husband works a lot from home, so we didn't think the traffic would be a big deal, but it was. We found Ashford on the Park, in Brookhaven and we love it. It's really a perfect location because if we want to go north, we can just hop on Peachtree Industrial to Chamblee Tucker and avoid a lot of traffic.  It is very well located. We're very happy with the location.

I wanted a Monte Hewett home because] I like his floor plans. Monte Hewett had a lovely floor plan with the master downstairs. Plus, it seemed to me you got a lot of extras for the money, like granite countertops in the kitchen. I just really like the decor and the colors.

Building this home was a very rewarding experience.
