The Snider Family

From the beginning, my husband and I were attracted to many of the wonderful facets of Palisades that made us want to move here. After transferring from Miami, we were relieved to find a place to live that was not only five minutes from my husband's office, but also close enough to the highway and mall. Amenities such as the pool, tennis courts, and landscaping make living here so worthwhile. We also liked that the community is set back off the main road, so it's private and secluded. Having only one way in and out of the neighborhood definitely makes me feel more secure.

Upon first glance of the homes, we could tell that we would be getting quality construction that was a far cry from the house we built in Florida. The people at Monte Hewett Homes were pleasant and easy to deal with. Their attention to detail, which included crown molding and tray and coffered ceilings, were things that would have cost extra back home, but were included here.

Palisades is a beautiful community with really nice people, many whom I've come to call good friends. Our neighbors range from young families with small children to empty nesters. Having twins makes it especially important to have such friendly neighbors. And because we back up to the greenway, there will be plenty of room for my children to play with their new friends when they're older.
